Vaydik Agro Enterprises LLP – Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vaydik, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 5-day exchange/return policy for all our products, which means you have 5 days from receiving your item to request an exchange or return. If you need to initiate an exchange or return, you can reach out to us at [email protected].

Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
A valid invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Once a product is opened or used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product or the wrong item.
  • The product was not sealed properly upon delivery.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
  • If your exchange/return is approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the original delivery address. We will inform you of the expected pick-up date.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days after the return pickup.

For any delivery-related discrepancies, please notify us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order if the product has not yet been shipped. If the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed.

Vaydik Agro reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with customer information. In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund will be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
