At Vaydik, we are committed to providing the highest quality oils, crafted with care and purity. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you with a hassle-free refund or replacement process.

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging to qualify. We also require proof of purchase along with images of the damaged or incorrect item to process your request smoothly.

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you prefer a replacement, we will arrange for a quick dispatch of the correct product.
